How do I enroll and manage my BSC Account?

How to Enroll

Students, Staff and Faculty will now use the same system to create their Changeit Password Profile.

To enroll, go to https://changeit.baystate.edu. You will be asked to enter your username and password. Please enter the username without @baystate.edu and click Login.

Setup Security Questions

After logging in, you will be presented with setting up your security questions and responses. There are five questions that must be selected from the drop down and your answers. These answers are not viewable by anyone once saved.

If your answers pass the screening process, you should see the following at the top of the page and you will be able to click “Save Answers”.

Helpdesk Security Questions

On the next page it will ask two more standard security questions, these questions are viewable only by the Helpdesk staff. These answers will be used to verify your identity as well as other information when you call us over the phone.

Students: Once you have completed your answers, you can then click continue to return to the main page where you will be able to change your password or view details for your account.

Secondary Email



Staff/Faculty Only: You will be required to enter a secondary email account as part of your profile. This will allow us to contact you should the need to reset your password over the phone.

Students: To update your secondary account, please contact the Registrar’s office at 617-217-9030. You can see what we currently have for your secondary email by clicking “My Account” and look at the Email listed on the page.

Please be sure to click “Change Password” after you have enrolled, this is to ensure your password meets our new complexity rules and does not get locked out when the new rules go into effect.

Enter your new password and confirm your new password.

If your password meets the minimum requirements you should see the following message, you will be able to click “Change Password” to update it.
